Business Development and Licensing Manager

Hunter Louderback is a Business Development and Licensing Manager at TAO Life Sciences. Hunter has received his Master of Science in Biology, Entrepreneurial Biotechnology Track, from Case Western Reserve University taking course work at the Business School, Medical School, and Law School, and earned a Bachelor of Science studying biochemistry and economics from Ohio State University.

Previously, Hunter attended Kenyon College for two years, where he studied biochemistry and legal studies. After transferring to OSU, Hunter worked as a Licensing Student Associate at OSU’s Technology Commercialization Office and worked closely with researchers and Licensing Officers to conduct market analyses, intellectual property analyses, and market outreach. At Case Western, Hunter began working for TAO and Mu Therapeutics, a startup company developing a heroin addiction vaccine, upon which he based his thesis.

Hunter brings his technical and research background, as well as business and legal experience, to TAO in his current facet and is responsible for managing TAO’s portfolio of patented technologies, as well as all out-licensing and in-licensing activities.
